Paul Mazza
Owner/Farmer
Paul is a third-generation farmer who’s been working this land for over 40 years. For him, farming has never felt like a job—it’s just what he loves to do. He’s out in the fields every day, rain or shine, doing what he loves. He has a deep respect for the land and a real drive to keep learning. Even after all these years, Paul’s still testing new ideas, trying new techniques, and thinking about how to grow better food while taking care of the soil that makes it all possible. When he first opened the farm stand nearly four decades ago, it was a huge leap. The early days were tough—he worked three jobs just to keep the lights on. But Paul had a clear goal: he wanted to give people fresh, local produce they could trust. That goal never changed. What started as a small roadside stand has grown into something much bigger. The farm looks a little different these days—more acres, more crops, more helping hands—but Paul’s vision is still at the root of it all. You can still find him out there before most of us are awake, walking the rows, checking on the plants, doing the work he’s always loved. And thanks to that same steady commitment, the farm keeps growing—season after season.
