I am having issues with my CSA Your Way card, what can I do?

Great question! We purchase our green CSA Your Way cards from a company that offers some great customer support. Please reach out to them if any problems arise at: support@factor4gift.com.

How do I check the balance on my CSA Your Way card?

You can check the balance of your CSA Your Way card at www.getyourbalance.com. In order to check, you will need your card number and your PIN. We recommend writing this information down when you get your card (or taking a picture!) so that if you lose it, you can check! We do NOT save your card information.

What happens if I miss a pick up for the Traditional CSA?

No worries! If you can't make it one week due to vacation, not feeling good or just too busy, just shoot us an email at csa@paulmazzas.com, we will mark down your name, and we will "hold" onto your pick up for two weeks- you will be able to come down anytime and grab the produce!
